Plaka
It is the oldest part of Athens, the old town, with 6,000 years of life and history. The neighborhood of the gods of Olympus, with narrow streets that lead to countless taverns, cafes, shops and small, picturesque squares.

Monastiraki
It was one of the most important geographical points of ancient Athens, since around it the library of Hadrian, the Greek agora and the Roman agora can be found. Full of touristic establishments of all kinds, in which jewelry, leather, shoes, belts, carpets, fabrics, icons, ceramics, silver objects and antiques are sold. The streets of Adrianou and Ifestu are the most popular ones. Every Sunday morning in the Avisinas square, the Athens street market is installed (to pasari).

Psiri
A very picturesque neighborhood of Athens, with a strong local feeling, close to Monastiraki. Old traditional taverns with live music. Different pubs and bars.

Licavitos
The highest hill in Athens (227 m),with a beautiful forest, offers a fantastic view. You can go on foot or by cable car. At the top you can see the little church of San Jorge, and the theater on the northern side, or enjoy dinner or a drink at the restaurant.

Kolonaki
An elegant and beautiful neighborhood at the bottom of Licavitos hill, with beautiful squares, expensive shops, many restaurants, cafes and bars.

Glyfada
Rich and developed coastal touristic t center with a swanky nightlife. There are numerous designer shops and expensive cafes, in addition to fashionable dancing summer clubs.
